Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage to avoid side effects, as excessive use of doxylamine can cause drowsiness and other issues. Be aware of potential allergic reactions and discontinue use if you experience any rash, itching, or swelling. Inform your healthcare provider about any other medications or supplements you are taking to prevent interactions.
