DESCRIPTION

Healtec Gel is a combination of (Diclofenac Diethylamine 1% + Linseed Oil 3% + Menthol 10% + Methyl Salicylate 5% + Capsaicin+Benzyl Alcohol 1%) belongs to the class of medications called 'Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID)' used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, strain, sprain, arthritis, and low back pain. Musculoskeletal pain could occur due to arthritis, osteoporosis, fractures, dislocations, problems with the bone structure, or injury to the bones, joints, tendons, muscles, and ligaments. Osteoarthritis is a joint disease in which the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage.

INDICATION

MECHANISM OF ACTION

• Diclofenac Diethylamine (1%) : A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins. This decreases pain and inflammation by targeting the inflammatory response directly at the application site.
