INDICATION
MECHANISM OF ACTION
Ketorolac Tromethamine 10 mg Dispersible work by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, which are essential for the production of prostaglandins—compounds that mediate inflammation, pain, and fever. By blocking these enzymes, Ketorolac effectively reduces prostaglandin synthesis, leading to decreased inflammation, pain, and fever. This mechanism provides potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, making Ketorolac ideal for managing moderate to severe acute pain, particularly in situations where rapid pain relief is needed. The dispersible form ensures quick absorption and a fast onset of action, delivering prompt relief while minimizing the risk of gastrointestinal side effects.
