MECHANISM OF ACTION

Aceclofenac: Aceclofenac works by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), which plays a key role in the synthesis of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are chemicals in the body responsible for causing pain, inflammation, and swelling. By reducing their production, Aceclofenac alleviates pain and inflammation.

Thiocolchicoside: Thiocolchicoside  muscle relaxant works by acting on the central nervous system, specifically targeting GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) receptors. It inhibits muscle contractions and reduces muscle spasms by modulating the activity of neurotransmitters involved in muscle movement and tone.
